As we strive to preserve what we, as a school, determine to be adequate cohort sizes, we offer the opportunity for accepted students to reserve their place in the cohort. Paying a reservation fee guarantees your place in an incoming cohort.

We do not accept reservation fees past 15 students in a cohort, although we will accept as many as 20 students into a cohort.

This process allows the school to be feel secure in the number of incoming students and their intention to attend.

Your reservation fee is not refundable, but does apply to your first term tuition. As such, it is not to be considered an additional charge.

To reserve your place in a cohort, you must have completed your application, in full, completed the administrative interview process, and received an official notice of acceptance into your relevant cohort. An official notice may have come through email, or text, as managed through the school’s Student Management System (SMS), Populi.
