What you’ll need at this time

Anticipate supplying the following: fee, personal info, transcript(s) meeting prerequisite credit numbers (you can elect to have this sent); some background info; a quick question on whether you are planning to use federal aid; two questions regarding your choice to study acupuncture; confirmation that the college will receive two references on your behalf; and an updated résumé/CV.

Fees

A $50.00 application fee will be required as you submit your online application.
Credit cards are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
