Did You Know?

Did you know… as of July 1, 2012, students entering a Title IV eligible program (i.e., ASAOM) must have a high school diploma or GED?

If a student does not have a high school diploma or GED, but desires to be admitted to a Title IV eligible program at a school under ability-to-benefit (ATB) provisions, he or she must complete the required 6 Credit hours or 225 clock hours (or an approved ATB test) prior to July 1, 2012 in order to be considered to have ATB.

On or after July 1, 2012, any new admits must have a high school diploma or GED (or approved completion of secondary school in a homeschool diploma setting). Completing 6 Credit hours, 225 clock hours, or an ATB test cease to be options for admitting new Title IV eligible students as of July 1, 2012.
